Sarawak, together with Sabah lie on the south-eastern side of Singapore separated by the South China Sea. Together with peninsular Malaysia, situated north of Singapore, they form MAlaysia. Sarawak and Sabah housed one of the most complete natural parks in the world. For natural lover these two Malaysian states are not to be missed. In my short two odd weeks of backpacking, I travel from Kuching, the capital to Miri and then to Gunung Mulu, back to Miri, to Bintulu to Sibu and finally back to Kuching again. When I came back, I realised that I had fallen in love with the place, the rustic surroundings, the slow pace and the warmth and kindness of the Sarawakians......
